Is there any way to have a clickable hyperlink in my feature code attributes?

I would like to have all of my feature codes to have a corresponding hyperlink. I have added a hyperlink field in my CSV and the URL is showing up in the feature table, I would like to be able to click on it and have the PDF pop open.

I am currently using the free version of ArcGIS online. I am using this more of a test than anything. We have 20,000 features so once we figure this out we will be switching to a commercial version. Perhaps there are limitations with the free public version?

Hi Will,

Currently it isn't possible to link to local files in a pop up as the allowed protocols for href and src are https, http, tel and mailto. If you want to link to a local file, consider setting up a local webserver so it can be access via http or https: Supported HTML—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
