Map viewer classic includes the ability to create filters based on two date fields:

It would be great if the same ability were enabled in the new map viewer.

Thank you for posting this idea. I submitted an ESRI case, in which an enhancement request was generated. Here is the correspondence:

I completely understand and agree that this should be a core functionality especially since it is available in ArcGIS Pro and Map Viewer Classic. I'll be sure to note that with our internal team as well. To summarize our case:

-You've noted that the Filter by Field option is available in ArcGIS Pro and Map Viewer Classic, but is not available in the new Map Viewer.

-I was able to confirm this as well, and found a post in the Esri Community Ideas where this feature is also being requested.

-We created the following enhancement for our case:
