Batch automate Vector Tile Basemap across the organization

We want to set Esri vector basemaps as default in our Organization Home page’s setting but it doesn't change our existing maps. Instead, we have to update each web map one at a time. Please find a way to automate the vector basemap to replace the raster base map. This will save tons of time for our organization and others.

It's not as fully automated, but using the AGOL Assistant let's you find-and-replace service URLs.
