Underline Link Option WCAG - AGOL

Good morning,

We would like to submit an enhancement request for ArcGIS Online to better meet WCAG compliance. Specifically, we would like the option (via toggle or some other form of activation) to allow for non-button'ed links to have a underline. This would better meet requirements as outlined here:

We are using SiteImprove to validate our design which brought this issue to light.
