turn on only one sub-layer within a group layer

In the new Map Viewer Beta I would like to have the ability to toggle only one sub-layer within a group layer. I noticed this already has been implemented in the scene viewer.

Eg.

Group layer

- sublayer 1

- sublayer 2

Now user can turn on or off the group layer or turn on/off sublayer 1 or sublayer 2 individually.

I would like the setting so that the user is restricted to only select sublayer 1 or sublayer 2 (when the group layer is turned on). In JavaScript terms, this would be showing the sublayers as radio buttons instead of checkboxes.
