Send Group invitation email confirmation to users

Currently when inviting a user to a ArcGIS Online Group, the notification only appears on the website.

Especially in the case of an invitation to/from an external account it would be very useful to send an email.

Example. Recently I was hearing that people weren't "receiving my invitations" but they simply didn't know to check they tiny Notifications menu on the ArcGIS Online page.

Additionally, it would be nice to have an option to get a confirmation email when someone successfully joins the group.

We had this exact scenario today - invitations sent to outside users to our group and they claimed they didn't "get the invitation" because they are looking for an email. Ugh, I can't believe no email is sent. PLEASE send an email.
