When will the media tag be available in the HTML pop-up?
Currently this can be solved via the embed-tag.
Also it would be great if the popup is closed, this also closes / interrupts the Mediafile.
What is currently not the case and goes through to the end.

The current Code for the InfoTemplate:
template.setContent("<embed src=https://wiki.selfhtml.org/local/Europahymne.mp3 type=audio/mp3 >");

Hi @MikeSchudel thanks for submitting this idea. Audio tags are now allowed in HTML in pop-ups in new Map Viewer. Have you had a chance to experiment with this and does it work for the use case in this idea?
