    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like the ability of creating one or multiple sketch layer(s) on top of my webmap/webapp. (like sketch pad)&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps it can be saves as a geotiff.&lt;BR /&gt;The user will be able to draw lines in different line styles, weights and colours and symbols.&lt;BR /&gt;In this way the user can create simple quick sketches for instance in case of a changed situation survey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
