Configurable Help Section for ArcGIS Online for Organizations Account

As far as I can tell, there is no 'help' section for the average end-user in an ArcGIS Online organization to access (there is help for configuring / administering AGOL, but not for using it). In my organization, filled with very smart engineers and operation specialists, the average end-user does not intuitively 'get' arcgis online. I am forced to create a series of help files / videos and list the links to them on the Home page for the organization. A configurable, searchable help section for the AGOL administrator to customize would make a lot more sense.

The help is split up into different sections based on some common workflows in ArcGIS Online, Use, Create, Share, Adminster, etc. Is the use section of the help helpful for your end-users? http://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/use-maps/use-maps.htm. Are there any particlular links that are very helpful for your users?
