idea Control the Identify Tolerance in AGOL Templates in ArcGIS Online Ideas

I would like to be able to control the identify tolerance on at least some of the AGOL application templates. When I create a map in AGOL and then share it through an application template sometimes the identify tolerance is too small and it can be hard to select points on a smart phone or other small screens. If I could adjust the identify tolerance I could correct this issue and be able to use the AGOL application instead of downloading it and running it on my own server.

I'd love the ability to control the polygon identify tolerance in AGOL maps so that I could keep nearby polygons from being selected and then offered in the pop-up as "1 of 3", for example.
