Allow the selection of multiple fields while "configuring attributes" in ArcGIS Online's pop-up configuration.

While configuring attributes in ArcGIS Online's pop-uop configuration dialog, currently users must select one field at a time to do one of the following tasks:

Re-order fields up or down
Format (for double fields, this asks how many decimal places to show)
"Use 1000 separator"

ENH request: ArcGIS Online's pop-up configuration should allow users to select multiple fields at a time (regardless of field type) and allow for formatting, thousands separator, and moving the multiple fields up/down at the same time.

Would also be nice to have a "Move to top" or "Move to bottom" button instead of clicking upwards of 30 times in some cases.

When revisions are made to a layer or a new feature layer is added to the same web map (with the same fields) - something similar to "import symbology" in desktop would be nice here for taking the style of one pop -up and "importing" it to the new layers' pop - up instead of restyling it each time..
