Edit ArcGIS Online notification email content for new users

Edit ArcGIS Online notification email content for new users would be good to direct users to update their profile with security questions the first time they login. We've found a number of new users get their password but need to change it some months later, where we have to reset it from the administrator again.

I could not find any where to change the content for a password reset notification email.

It would also be good to be able to edit a hyperlink that takes you back to your ArcGIS Online web site login page.

The existing email is:
