Add Flags to AGOL items

While building content in AGOL it would be handy to have "Flags" of different colors settable on each item in order to keep track of what items are actually used in production vs. what is being used for testing or development. While I'm building content I typically end up with a bunch of temporary maps, various dashboards and WAB items and it would be useful to be able to assign the items different flags to associate them with different trials, where I might be trying out different methods as I iterate through development.

I'd put it right next to the "Favorites" icon, like this:
