idea Organisation Reports - Items : Include Group Names in ArcGIS Online Ideas

Whilst the Item report includes number of groups shared with for each, would be super useful to include the group names too.

For example; I have setup Open Data where groups organise content (Apps, Datasets, Maps etc.) and I'd like to automate a process, using a pipeline, to publish a weekly Open Data catalogue as a table for the Open Data site to use.

At the moment the only option is to "filter" by a category.

Showing group names would also help with platform admin duties too.

A group's name can change over the group's lifespan. Relying on the group's ID would be more robust.

Using the group ID probably wouldn't fit into your workflow as well, however, unless there is a point at which you can use Python or Arcade to convert the ID to the current name.

A group name can change over time, and of course the report will reflect the new name. As for a down-stream report for likes of Open Data, as admin, should be able to keep up with changes I instigate.

The reports really are an as is snapshot - group name changes not that important, however, if you were tracking the use of a dataset and its associated views etc, then ID would be.
