Allow users to add additional layers when creating a feature layer based on an existing service

When creating a new feature service by selecting an existing feature layer, users have the ability to deselect some of the layers from the existing service, but we don't have the ability to add new ones. In the screenshot below, I want to include the three layers in the existing service plus I want to add one more. That's not an option, so instead I have to either export the existing feature service to a GDB, add the layer, and publish the new bundle of layers together from Pro, or I have to create my new layer separately, or I have to create the new feature service from scratch in ArcGIS Online. It would be great if I could select these three existing layers AND add one or more new layers as well.
