    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to prevent users from accessing certain apps with their AGOL accounts. For example, solutions and Hub are two apps that create a lot of slop on our account. We are creating a workflow where we would like admins only to deploy these upon request. We would also like to "turn off" business analyst for accounts that don't need it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
