Add folder structure to bookmarks

Please add the ability to create a folder structure for bookmarks in the Map Viewer, and have that folder structure honored in Instant Maps, Experience Builder apps that consume that map.

Recently, I created a web map & Instant App related to the recent Executive Order ordering increased logging on federal lands. I wanted to provide bookmarks in the app so that users could quickly zoom to their national forest (or Ranger district within that national forest). For a region like the Pacific Northwest, this creates an endless scrolling list of bookmarks but this could be cleaned up quite easily if a tree view widget was implemented within the bookmarks container. Ideally, I would be able to set it up like this:

Also, if possible, the parent level of each part of the tree could contain a spatial bookmark. So, in my example above, the state, national forest, and ranger district X would contain a spatial bookmark.
