      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just in a conversation about this question with a colleague in Kenya who is interested in rural community development in Bomet County. &amp;nbsp;Searching for already existing maps of Kenya now that are able to drill down within county constituencies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
