idea AGOL Item Usage Report Date Range 1 Year Query Limit - Increase Desired in ArcGIS Online Ideas

Our organization has over 100 users in AGOL now, over 300 apps and almost 1500 items total. We are growing. It would be good to be able to show our leadership how heavily our products get used. This would help build the case for continued support. There is currently a 1 year maximum query limit. It would be good to be able to see usage on an item from the date of inception or at least longer than just 1 year, like 3-5 would even be somewhat better.

Data Range Query Limit

If the timeline for keeping data around cannot be extended, then perhaps the limitation could be more prominently documented, along with a recommendation to remind oneself to regularly download the data via the report mechanism before it is lost.

I have learned that item usage greater than a year can be retrieved by using a python script in the AGOL Notebook. Unfortunately, I am not experienced in writing python scripts.

@TracyMoy unfortunately even the ArcGIS API for Python only gets you the last ~2 years of data. The data still ages out and is purged.
