idea Survey Item Transfer Process Improvement in ArcGIS Online Ideas

I would like to see the Transfer Content button work for all items, including survey123 items that are in a shared update group. As an administrator of an ArcGIS Online organization, I really like the idea of having this button work as intended to transfer all content from one member to another.

Survey123 Items within ArcGIS Online are exceedingly difficult to transfer to a new owner in comparison to other items within ArcGIS Online. It's a very cumbersome process and because time consuming when there are numerous surveys to transfer once a member leaves our organization.

To Transfer Survey123 Items as an administrator I have to:

1. Unshare the items from any shared update group

2. Make a new folder with the exact same folder name in the new owner's folders (This has been an issue in the past where not having the same folder breaks the survey.)

3. Then I might get an error if the view layers are above the original layer, so then it takes clicking twice to get past this error message.

4. Navigate to the new owner and reshare the survey items with the shared update group.

Many users may not be aware of these steps because it took troubleshooting and working with Esri support to identify the cause of certain errors, i.e. the errors aren't self-evident nor provide any data on how to resolve them. I also was not able to find documentation on these steps or how to resolve such errors.
