Please allow us to use layers from our web map in the workflow so we can reference them when georeferencing. This is necessary to georeference old images/maps because we can reference parcel data or plat maps. Seems very odd that you can't use your web map layers, when ArcGIS Online forces you to be in a web map to even&nbsp;add media layer content.</P><P>Without this we need to use ArcGIS Pro for this workflow, which is overkill.
