    <title>idea Default Visualization: Set Default Form in ArcGIS Online Ideas</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/458875"&gt;@AlfredBaldenweck&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for sharing your idea!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support for creating forms on the visualization tab is on our future roadmap, but it is still quite a ways off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the mean time, you can save a form to a layer for re-use across other maps using the following steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the layer in Map Viewer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create the form in the form builder window&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Close the form builder&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the Layers pane, click to open the Options menu for the layer (...)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click 'Save'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This saves the form to the layer so that anytime you add the layer to another map, the form is already configured.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can find information about this and more in this article: &lt;A href="https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/5-tips-for-easier-editing-in-map-viewer/" target="_self"&gt;5 Tips for Editing Made Easy. &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/585739"&gt;@EmilyGeo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;does this work for clones too? Currently, if I create a clone from an existing feature service where I've set the visualization properties, they carry over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
