There really should be at least axis formatting available, otherwise the information is hard to communicate. Better title and caption formatting options would also be very nice. ArcGIS Pro is able to do this, but the formatting doesn't carry over to web maps.</P><P>One thing that was not mentioned is a way to format the mini-popup when hovering over the chart.
