Automatically Updating Date

A feature that will allow users to set a variable as the current date, and that date variable will update every day automatically.

This would allow users to create a filter to show only future data (or only past data) on a map, based on the date field in the feature layer. This filter would not need to be manually updated each day to clear the previous days data. A tool like this would allow for a feature layer in Map View to show only future dates by removing any dates that occurred prior to the automatically updating sate variable.

This could also be a feature that hides rows in the table that occurred before the previous date.

Perhaps the dynamic condition options for Map Viewer's Filter can help you achieve your goal? For example, you can create a filter using a date field, with a condition of "in the last", and a value of "3 days", to limit the data visible to the last three-days worth, for whatever the last three days are whenever you open the map?
