Revert Sidebar back to use "Classic Panel" setting as default

Found this question and am cross posting to make it an idea. The change to Sidebar from listing multiple results as a list to the pop-up style 1 of X menu defeats one of the main advantages of the Sidebar app, which was that it made it superior to other apps.

In our many years of making public-facing ArcGIS Online apps, time and time again we've had to field the question of people not seeing that there are multiple pop-ups when they click on overlapping features. No one ever looks for the pop-up 1 of X menu on their own. When we use Sidebar and have the results as a list, we never get questions because people inherently understand the results.

Please revert Sidebar back to the superior and web-standard method of listing multiple results as a list. Classic Panel is best panel and should not be replaced.
