Enable Time for Google Sheets in ArcGIS Online

If you add data using the Google Drive functionality or by mapping a Google Sheet directly to a Web Map - it would be nice to be able to Enable Time functions to create a time map!

Currently if you add a Google Sheet layer to a Web Map (using this process) because the layer doesn't register as a separate feature layer, there is no way to Enable Time.

I've also noticed that when I try to add data to ArcGIS Online using Google Drive/CSV Google Sheets - the "Layers" feature doesn't activate.

Here is what you typically see - if you add a spreadsheet as a feature layer to ArcGIS Online, you can click on the Layers and the Enable Time settings:

But if you add the spreadsheet by selecting New Item > Google Drive > and then select the sheet - the Layers option never activates

Or if you add the Google Sheet to the Web Map - there isn't a setting to add time functionality.
