Add a two-tier structure to group level exclusive visibility.

The group layers: show only one layer at a time with exclusive visibility, release June 2023, is super cool.

I would love to able to configure a two-tier group structure. If the options for the second tier could be grouped to the first tier would be very powerful for cleaning up the layer structure.

Ideally the request would to be able to create something like the OCOF Hazard Map

With the current grouping structure, it would be a very long list of 40 layers.

Before I go searching in the forums (again), exclusive visibility isn't possible outside groups is it? ie. I have found layers only in the map and I want exclusive visibility.
