Please make pop-ups expanded by default on mobile

I'm creating a map with Arcgis Pro and trying to share it as a Web Map. I expect external mobile users who don't have Esri account to view my map. When I access the Web Map on Mobile and click a polygon, its pop-up isn't expanded, only showing its title as shown in the first image.

On PC, when I click a polygon, an extended pop-up is shown by default.

I hope an extended pop-up is shown by default also on mobile devices as shown in the second image.

Please update Arcgis Online so an extended pop-up is shown by default on mobile devices when we click a polygon.

Not only I have a problem with collapsed popup. There are many other users who want popup to be expanded by default on mobile devices. The following are similar idea or inquiries.

Was this idea ever implemented? I second the idea. We have a public application and the public is not always as savvy on Esri quirks. We sometimes get public feedback that there is "nothing" in the popup when in reality they need to expand it.
