Increase Category Schema (Content categories) from 200 max to unlimited

We have over 18,000 items in geoDOT spanning over hundreds of official projects which we have organized through categories and sub categories under the Content heading in AGOL. We have maxed out the total 200 categories allowed and can no longer organize the items associated with a project. This is a serious issue as we need a quick way for Admin accounts to quickly find the items associated with a project.

This would also be highly beneficial to any consultancy with many projects. Categories would be a really useful way to sort out projects if there were more than a total of 200. If the 200 limit was was within each subcategory that would also work (for us anyway) :
