Map Change Request

To I was looking to implement the Map Change Request map that I saw on the Solutions website a few months ago and when I went to it today it was in mature phase and I can't find it in the Solutions add-in to download it.

Anybody have a similar application they are using for this. I like the idea of somebody in the field finding an error and just marking it in the map so we can see any requested changes. Right now they print off a picture for this and then write on it.

Yes. I have noticed this too. This solution does help in that it's an out of the box solution. I'm not sure if there's currently an alternative as I haven't found one yet.
