Using Survey123 to Update feature attributes

Hi,

I understand how to open a Survey123 survey through modifying the URL, but is there a way to modify a feature attribute based on responses received in a survey??

For example, on a Hydrant Inspection survey I may want to update the STATUS attribute on the related feature to 'Out of Service'. The HYDRANTID would be the link field between the Survey and the Feature.
