ArcGIS Experience Builder

I inserted a Search tool onto the frame, using the OS Open Names Locator.

I search for Norwich. It returns: Norwich, Norwich, Norfolk.

I select Norwich, Norwich, Norfolk and click OK. It doesn't Zoom in.

When I enter a city into the Search bar on main map. I get Not found error??

Any suggestions??

The Search is working now.

When I type in Norwich, I get records in the drop-down. When I select Norwich in the drop-down. It doesn't Zoom to Norwich on the map
