https://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/reverseGeocode returning 404

We've been using this API for a few months for reverse geocoding but in the last few days it has started returning a 404 error to all requests.

There is no sign of outages in the status pages and I have no idea who/where to ask about it. But from all my testing it seems to have died.
