Error Previewing Layer (ArcGIS online)

I am facing an issue with the ArcGIS Feature layer. When I navigate to Content/My Content. When clicking on the second Column in this table, it shows a message 'Error Previewing Layer'.

The organizational account I'm using has Admin privileges. Also, I don't see an option to create a new feature layer anywhere.

Also when trying to click on the shape file link itself, I get the following error message:

“You do not have permission to access this resource”.

Yes I am having the same problem in ArcGIS Online with my Content. My maps and apps with Hosted Feature Layers will not load and when I click on the hosted Feature Layer from my contents panel, I get the same error. Let me know if you find out what to do, or if this is an ESRI issue.

I'm having the same issue when I try to access a group I've been invited to from another organization or any of the content in that group.
