WEB Map not loading sometime in our application. But loads after refresh the web application

In our web application we have integrated web map from ArcGIS Online using web map id.

It was working smoothly before updating the license but after that we have sometime faced web map element is not loading, but it loads when refreshing the page. This happens so random that we are not able to debug the issue.

It also happens sometime that web map load in one go.

I am having similar problems with our web maps, sometimes the map froze when you zoom in/out and the basemap not works staying in a white background.

When I refresh the browser, the map works well again.
