ArcGIS Online Utility Solutions integration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system

Hello hello,

We want to integrate ArcGIS Online-based District heating, Gas, Water and Sewer solutions with the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. By integrating D 365 CRM with the AGOL platform, we can use customer data in a very versatile ways and serve the end customers of the Utility sector even better. We implement integration with application development by synchronizing a two-way interface once a day between D365 CRM O Data API and AGOL's Rest API.

We have carefully familiarized ourselves with the D365 CRM data model and the content of the data warehouse, as well as the D365 OData interface, the description of which be found here.

Does anyone have experience between Dynamics 365 CRM and ArcGIS Online platform? @mmiller and @TomDeWitte, do you have experience implementing integration, or do you know who I could ask for tips?
