Arcade code to group by a value in one column and then number consecutively

Hello,

I am developing a dashboard in ArcGIS online.

The data that I am working with contains information on species biomass by various nutrient reduction scenarios over time. I would like to create a new field (Model Month), where I group biomass values by a nutrient reduction scenario and ordered by time, and then label these features 1-432 for each group in this new field. I am new to coding in Arcade and have only written simple loops prior to this.

Could some please help me figure out the code for this? Thank you!
