    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a specific cell is active and you click on the run button, the cell code is run and a new cell is added below. Is this expected behavior? I have not noticed it using Notebooks locally, and using the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl &amp;amp; Enter) to run the code does not add an additional cell below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
