    <description>&lt;P&gt;We finally fixed this issue.&amp;nbsp; We had a Cloudflare engineer adjust our proxy_read_timeout setting from 100 seconds to 900 seconds.&amp;nbsp; That gives us at least 15 minutes before a timeout alert.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been digging into this for a while now.&amp;nbsp; The alert windows pops every 100 seconds. It looks like this is a websocket timeout setting on our proxy server. We are looking into increasing that timeout.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
