    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/147148"&gt;@DavinShokes1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- yes you can add packages to the Online Notebook via conda or pip.&amp;nbsp; However, this package is only available for the duration of the notebook session--once you close the notebook or the container, this package is no longer available.&amp;nbsp; In other words, the package won't persist in the &lt;A href="https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-notebooks/runtime-manifests" target="_self"&gt;runtime manifest&lt;/A&gt;, you have to run the install command in each notebook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried to install the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://github.com/vgrem/Office365-REST-Python-Client" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Office365-REST-Python-Client&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in an Online notebook.&amp;nbsp; It took 7 seconds to install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="NicholasGiner1_0-1699449615134.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85343i825989E052B49AB0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="NicholasGiner1_0-1699449615134.png" alt="NicholasGiner1_0-1699449615134.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="NicholasGiner1_1-1699449625169.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85344i2E7793CD86A6900B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="NicholasGiner1_1-1699449625169.png" alt="NicholasGiner1_1-1699449625169.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Add package from github to online notebook</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to add packages to an online notebook? Specifically, I want to import from the &lt;A href="https://github.com/vgrem/Office365-REST-Python-Client" target="_self"&gt;Office 365 REST&lt;/A&gt; package on github. This way I can schedule updating a hosted layer from Sharepoint data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
