Notebook in ArcGIS Pro doesn't refresh properly

Hi,

I need some help with notebooks that are launched within arcGIS pro. Version I am using is 2.9.6.

The issue I'm having is that the notebook window does not refresh when I am using it (as if it is frozen).

I will be typing away and the screen will not update with what I typed unless I resize the window. (Resizing the window trigger it to refresh)

I tried changing display option in settings without much help. Jupyter notebook launched through the python console works fine but sometimes I need to use the one inside ArcGIS pro.

I have the same issue - I'm on version 2.9.5. I find that switching between the Map tab and the Notebook tab will also trigger a refresh, but the display doesn't change if I type or interact with the notebook directly.
