    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am trying to make two lines connect when I build a network dataset.&amp;nbsp; For some reason, they are not connecting.&amp;nbsp; I have tried using the Integrate tool, to no avail.&amp;nbsp; I have made sure to not use elevations when building the network.&amp;nbsp; These lines just seem to refuse to connect.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is your connectivity policy? End Point or Any Vertex?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it is End Point, then make sure the line that is disconnected (number 42) connects to a line that is also split at the place where they connect. If the other line is not split then you may need to use any vertex connectivity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jay Sandhu&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
