Basically my intuition says that the CRS should be projected, but i find no documentation anywhere about this. I have taken a look at an ESRI tutorial how to <A href="https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.4/help/analysis/networks/how-to-create-a-usable-network-dataset.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer ugc">create a usable network dataset</A> and the test data provided is all in EPSG:4326. Is that a requirement? Can it basically handle either projected or geographic?
