Network Analyst Route Problem

Hi Everyone,

My team and I are currently working on a project focused on healthcare delivery access using Network Analysis. As we are relatively new to this type of analysis, we’ve encountered a challenge and would appreciate any guidance.

We successfully created and built a network dataset, added stops, and observed that routes are generated when stops are located along the same segment. However, when a route encounters a junction, it fails to continue beyond that point. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

If anyone has insight into what might be causing this issue or suggestions for troubleshooting, we would be very grateful for your support.
