Failed to publish VRP to server without known cause

I tried to publish the VRP into the company's ArcGIS server through the service editor, and many times I failed to publish. I don't know the reason for the failure that appears because the error code is not clearly stated. Please help, thank you

Hi, could you help to provide more details about how you publish VRP service? Here are a few initial questions I have:

1. How did you publish VRP service? Did you run Solve Vehicle Routing Problem tool in ArcMap and then publish to ArcGIS Server? Or did you use publish routing services to publish VRP service?

2. What is the version of ArcGIS Server are you using?

3. What is the error code/ error message you get?

1. first I used solve the Vehicle Routing Problem, then published it to the arcgis server through the arcgis server account of the company I was working on

2. I am using arcgis server 10.5

3. no error code number is displayed.

I checked with a coworker on this, and looking at the screenshot, the problem could be when publishing the service definition file to the server. Could you get the ArcGIS Server log and see whether you see any error messages in the server log?
