How to create U Turn Restriction based on some Attribute Value

Hi,

I have NAVSTREETS Data which I have used to create a network Dataset. I want to create a restriction based on 2 Attributes that are present in my feature class (i.e. DIVIDER and DIVIDER_TYPE) that If DIVIDER is present (Y) and DIVIDER_TYPE is Physical (P) then on that road link the routing car should not take a U-Turn.

Shall I add this as a restriction in "Attributes" tab of "Network dataset properties" if so How? Any Guidance?

PS: These roads are Both ways/Bi-Direction in nature and digitized as a single road line feature class. In reality, they are separated by a physical divider.
