I have a point layer, my facilities, which has points representing the last stop of each route, and garage locations. The locations are manually sequenced, with the route starting at the bus stop and ending at the garage.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The garage curb approach is set to 0. The bus stops need a curb approach of 1. However network analyst cannot seem to solve when the stops are attributed as 1.
