      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;were are you setting the impedances or are you using segment length? (the default)&amp;nbsp; You could add speed limit, time or other cost fields to your table to design networks under different scenarios (ie rush hour etc).&amp;nbsp; Effectively, you can turn a major highway into a poor route choice, just like rush hour in reality.&amp;nbsp; Documentation is given in the network analyst help topis and the tutorial examples, that had been cited as links in your previous posts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
