    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you sure they are split ? just try again by selecting them individually to see that they are split. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If rebuild is not working, try creating a new network or restart arcgis.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if not, try to select the new additions alongs with the lines that they intersect and use the planarize tool.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Proublems with Turns</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good day for eveone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have problem with turns.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have maps of roads of my city. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I create network dataset. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I started to make update of roads. I digitized new roads and some of them i split. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Turns which was staying on the roads, which i splt now doesn't working. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Although i rebuild network and don't change geometry of the roads.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Who can say me what is the problem, and how how can i solve this proublem ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you very much for your answer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
