School Bus routing

I Have asked before about (how to make best routes for school buses ) to pick up and drop off sudents to and from one school (Collegue exercise )
I have tha location of students as a building layer and the location of the school as a point ..
I want to design the pick up and drop off stop statations to pick up about 500 students (about 10 buses )and its my problem now ..
I try all solvers in network analysis and can't reach any solution,,
so I want a help in detailed steps to know how to start and the next step
